A Skill Everyone Needs

I think everyone needs to know math. That is what I think people need to know. My first reason is if they go to buy something at a store you might not get the right change back when you buy something. My second reason is if you work in a store and someone gives you money to buy something you will have to know how much change you have to give back. My last reason is because if you need to balance your check book you will not know how to do it. Those are my three reasons.

My first reason why I think people should know math is because if you go to a store and buy some stuff then when you go to buy it when you give them the money you expect them to give you the right change but if you don’t know math you will not know if they give you the right change. If they don’t give you the right change then every time you go to a store and if they don’t give you the right change then you could be loosing a lot of money. The person that gives you the wrong change could also get fired. Also If they give you the wrong change then you will get mad and then that store will lose a customer. That is why we need to know math so we don’t get ripped of with our money.

My second reason is because if you work in a store you don’t want to be a ad cashier and not give them the right change back. If you don’t give the right change back then they will think you are dome and don’t know everything. If you are a cashier you would want to know how much change to give back so you could be a good cashier. Also if you are a good cashier then maybe they will tell there family to go to the store and they will like it. If you are a good cashier then you might get a bonus raise on your check.

My last reason is because when you balance your check book you will look at it like what the heck do I have to do. Also if you don’t know math you will ask someone to do it for you but they will not want to do it all the time. Another reason is because if you don’t know how to balance your check book then you will always be asking someone for help. They will need to know how to balance there check book so they could see how much money there is in your account. They need math to balance your check book.

Those are my three reasons. First they might give you the wrong change and you wont know about it. Second you might give the wrong change and then you might get in trouble. And my last reason if because you will need to balance your check book.
